Kapitiranean Weddings and Function Centre

Kapitiranean is a licensed function centre on State Highway 1 North of Paraparaumu that specialises in weddings and private functions.

After its previous life as a restaurant and bar, Kapitiranean was redesigned in 2001. The redesign included major developments to the building itself with the result being a Mediterranean style building that reflects the Kapiti Coast climate. The surrounding land was reclaimed and the gardens feature native and exotic plants with the Mediterranean in mind.

The land and buildings have been owned and operated by the current owner since 1998 but the business was not launched until after the redesign some five years later.
