This profitable country pub is in situated in the busy service town of Tapawera, just 45 minutes from Nelson and 35 minutes from Motueka and services the large catchment area of the Motueka Valley. On the left side of the car park is four separate and self contained guest accommodation units, sleeping approximately 10 people and is made up of doubles, twins and one includes a bunk bed, the units also have separate bathrooms and a small kitchen unit.
The Owners accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms an office and bathroom facilities and is located on the south end on the main building.
