This profitable country pub is in situated in the busy service town of Tapawera, just 45 minutes from Nelson and 35 minutes from Motueka and services the large catchment area of the Motueka Valley.  The Hotel neighbours the main shopping hub that includes the post shop, grocery store and garage located just up the road from the local area school. Camping grounds and motels are just around the corner.

Two large car parks surround the hotel; the one in front leads to the main bar, separate cafe entrance and the ample outside seating areas. This Large bar is well appointed with a combination of tables & chairs as well as learners & stools as also includes 4 pokies, pool table and dart boards. The spacious service bar is well positioned and is central to all other areas of the business.

The Cafe and restaurant adjoins the main bar and is a comfortable and spacious area, offering travellers and locals a selection of bistro, takeaway meals and snacks. Adjoining the service counter is the well appointed and modern kitchen.

To the back of the hotel and in the main building is the small bottle store which offers all the usual products including a rigger filler for takeaway beer, the bottle store is serviced from an entrance at the back of the main bar and also has access to the kitchen.

On the left side of the car park is four separate and self contained guest accommodation units, sleeping approximately 10 people and is made up of doubles, twins and one includes a bunk bed,  the units also have separate bathrooms and a small kitchen unit.

The Owners accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms an office and bathroom facilities and is located on the south end on the main building.

The current owners are looking to retire and are willing to meet the market.
