Tom has an impressive management and marketing background in the tourism and hospitality industry in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji Islands. He has fifteen years of invaluable experience in running his own inbound tour company in Australia. This was followed by eight years of hospitality management and marketing in New Zealand – running mainly boutique hotels, motels, hotels and a 5 star super lodge. With this depth of experience as a tour operator and hospitality manager he knows what makes a property “hot” and is happy to share this knowledge with you.

Tom brings nearly eight years of real estate business brokering to Tourism Properties and a “can do” attitude for his clients plus strong marketing and selling skills honed in the highly competitive Tourism and Hospitality industry. He is also a Real Estate Institute Accredited Business Broker. He has successful sales ranging from motels, up market lodges, conference venues, exclusive B&B’s, commercial property, businesses, residential and lifestyle real estate.
